3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by package and by the airlines, hotels and operators involved. Cancellations made well in advance are generally eligible for a refund minus processing fees; last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
4. Travel Documents & Visas
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required health documentation. While we provide visa assistance and guidance, the final decision rests with the relevant embassy or authority, and we are not liable for denied entries.
5. Liability
Royal Travels and Tours acts as an intermediary between you and independent service providers (airlines, hotels, transport and activity operators). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses or injuries caused by those third parties or by events beyond our reasonable control.
